Custom-Designed & Self-Paced

Using our proprietary assessment methods, government agencies identify their particular training objectives then work directly with the Drucker Institute to craft a customized version of the Drucker Playbook. Participants then work at their own pace through the Playbook’s multi-modal blend of animated case studies, excerpted and adapted Drucker texts, engaging activities, tailored video presentations, and original recordings of the late Peter Drucker himself, all hosted on a Learning Management System individualized for each government entity.

Ready for Action & Fully Supported

All Playbook lessons come with a Game Plan for moving quickly from ideas to action to results, and Drucker Institute staff are available for direct support and coaching in implementing the Playbook’s concepts and tools.
