Program Overview

The Drucker for English Language Learners (DELL) program at the Claremont Colleges offers a rare opportunity for international students to learn some of Peter Drucker’s most essential principles of leadership and management while enjoying a campus-based English language immersion experience.

Through deeply engaging sessions, students are introduced to Peter Drucker’s philosophies on the campuses of America’s premier consortium of liberal arts colleges. The program’s daily activities, lessons and excursions will explicitly expand students’ English language and critical-thinking skills, while also allowing for the natural growth and learning that comes from having fun and working together.

Drucker for English Language Learners is an extension of the Drucker Institute’s many years of experience delivering the Drucker for Future Japanese Leaders (DFJL) program, which itself was built on Peter Drucker’s long and close relationship with the people of Japan. Drucker first visited the country in 1959 and became an advisor to several major Japanese companies.

The Drucker Institute is proud to continue providing a premium learning experience for the next wave of English-proficient, globally-connected students and future leaders from all countries and language backgrounds.
