CROSS-INDUSTRY INSIGHT AND ACTION

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM AN UN/WORKSHOP FORUM

Derived from the Drucker Institute’s custom executive offsites, our Un/Workshop Forums bring together leaders from diverse industries and sectors to tackle the questions that matter most to today’s executive: How do we prepare ourselves to be innovation leaders? And what essential elements of effectiveness can we use to better drive results? Un/Workshop Forums provide a focused, interdisciplinary environment for participants to learn the courage and tools needed to make Monday different.

HOW WE DO IT

Our process is built on the latest neuroscience research about how senior executives learn and make decisions. Along the way, Un/Workshop Forums connect executives from a wide range of companies for the rare chance to trade insights across industries. In the months that follow, each participant receives ongoing coaching and support from our senior staff. And underlying it all is our deep understanding of the work of Peter Drucker, the father of modern management.
