‘Drucker Apps’ 5/28/10: Loud and Clear?

The Drucker Institute at Claremont Graduate University today added a new topic to Drucker Apps, an ongoing conversation about bettering society through effective management and responsible leadership.

This latest addition to Drucker Apps was inspired by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s recent admission that his company had “missed the mark” by failing to provide adequate privacy measures for users.

Taking part in this running dialogue will be renowned leadership expert Ken Blanchard; tech blogger Robert Scoble; and others with insights into consumer behavior.

“What the people in the business think they know about customer and market is more likely to be wrong than right. There is only one person who really knows: the customer,” Drucker wrote in his 1964 book Managing for Results.
